Service in general and restaurant too, excellent - almost overwhelming. Overall presentation really impressive but....
Cold water pressure, at leats in room 817 was negligible! Very hard to set shower temperature and varied when neighbour turned on.
Also the lighting level in room was so low I could not read some things. The tiny CFL lamps totally inadequate. My complaint was promptly attended to by supply of a portable lamp but that lighting really is pathetic, at least in room 817.

Wonderful stay , beautiful clean room, Staff were amazing from the valet parking staff to the door staff and front desk staff , all friendly and very professional , we had a drink in the front bar and the barman gave exception service , over all an amazing staff , well done Duxton your staff are a credit too you , oh not to forget the wonderful buffet breakie
